ISYS5070 Change Management in IT is a core unit that presents the leading edge of research and practice in change management and focuses on theories, frameworks and perspectives that can guide your work as a change agent in the IT industries.

The unit will cover a range of approaches, methods, interventions and tools that can be used to successfully manage change projects that relate to the implementation of large scale information technologies.
