FRNC1602 Junior French 2 is the continuation of FRNC1601 Junior French 1. It aims at strengthening students’ oral communication skills and at developing further their written skills (reading and writing) and their understanding of grammar. Having completed FRNC1602 Junior French 2, students in their second year will normally enter Senior French 1 FRNC2603.
NOTE: FRNC1601, Junior French 1 will be offered as part of the Early Summer School starting on 28 November as well as part of the Main Summer School starting on January 9th, 2017. Students will then be able to continue in FRNC1602, Junior French 2, which will start on January 23rd, 2017. Students who have completed FRNC1601 and FRNC1602 during the Summer School can then choose to enrol in FRNC2603, the second year beginners unit in Semester 1 in the Department of French and Francophone Studies.
